When Will My Order Ship:

At Alpha Medical we make every effort to ship your order the same or the business day after you place the order. On the rare occasion that circumstances cause a delay with your order you will not be charged until the item is shipped. 

 How Long Will My Order Take To Get To Me:

AlphaHernia.com offers free ground shipping on all of our products being shipped within the 50 United States. Your order will usually ship via the US Post Office, however, depending on the item or the number of items, we, at our discretion, might use UPS. Our ground shipping time is usually four days or less and most places on the eastern half of the country receive delivery in two or three days.  

 How Do I Know When My Order Has Shipped:

You will be sent an e-mail notice with a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive the e-mail or you want to check the status of your order please e-mail us at info@alphabrace.com.
